I was always proud to be a liverpool fan ! though lot of my friends support Manchester United/ AC milan ... I have always been loyal to Liverpool FC. My liking towards Liverpool FC was probably of this mid fielder - No.8 Steven Gerrard. If you are still wondering what I am talking about, you probably have to check out this video.
Bihar police book 8-month-old for rioting
This is one of the most hilarious news articles i have ever come across. This news was reported on ibnlive.com, this is how the police fool around chargesheeting kids for riot and letting the guilty go around like kings.
An eight-month-old baby in Bihar, Subash Pandey, has been accused of rioting and disrupting law and order.
But Subash wasn’t alone in the alleged crime. His relatives, 10-year-old Utpal and six year-old Ujwal are co-accused.
The Bihar police has already lodged a case against the three of them and forwarded the matter to court.
“They aimed a revolver at us and beat us up. We went to the police, only to be driven away. Then we were charged under Section 107,” says Subash’s father, Santosh Pandey.
The children were booked for rioting with neighbours. The fact that the minors were booked came to light when they were taken to the SDM court for obtaining bail.
“There is a case with us with the children’s names. We realised they are too young to create trouble. We are getting their names removed from the case,” says SDM, Ashok Kumar Singh.
However, now the police are finding it hard to defend its action.
“It was a misunderstanding. We are removing their names,” says sub-Inspector Tez Narayan Mandal.
This is the fourth incident of its kind in Bihar. Earlier a three-year-old child in Katihar was charged with rioting. Similar incidents were also reported from Maner in Patna district and from Muzzafarpur district.
